How to request delivery
Request delivery when you refill a prescription online — just select "Free local delivery" on the form — or let us know when you call in a new or transferred prescription at (860) 522-9289. There's no separate delivery sign-up or app to install; it's built into the same request process as picking a prescription up in-store.

We deliver throughout the greater Hartford area. Rather than publish a fixed list of covered towns or zip codes that could go stale as our route grows, the fastest way to confirm whether your address qualifies is to ask when you place your order — we'll tell you exactly what to expect before you commit to delivery over pickup. If your address happens to fall outside our standard delivery route, we'll say so up front and help you arrange pickup or, for specialty medications, shipping instead.
