How do I fill a prescription at Arrow Pharmacy?

If you have a new prescription from your healthcare provider, take it to your Arrow Pharmacy. Our pharmacy staff will ensure you receive the best care and keep you up-to-date on your refills. Your physician can also call in a prescription for you over the phone or via fax.

How do I refill a prescription?

You can refill a prescription a few different ways:

• You can enter it into the online prescription refill system
• You can call us at (860) 522-9289 where you will be prompted to enter your unique prescription number. The prescription number is located on the top left side of your prescription label.

How do I transfer my prescription to Arrow Pharmacy?

To transfer a prescription please call us at (860) 522-9289. We will take care of contacting the pharmacy and preparing your prescription to be picked up or delivered to your home.

How do I speak with a pharmacist?
