Arrow Pharmacy offers a unique service to patients who are in-patient at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT. Our collaboration with St. Francis Hospital allows us to fill patients’ medications upon discharge from the hospital and a qualified pharmacist delivers the medications to the patient’s room prior to leaving the hospital. The pharmacist is available for one-on-one medication counseling and the patient leaves with their medication and drug information sheets to take home.
As a courtesy, refills are transferred to the patient’s pharmacy of choice as well as a patient follow up call to help ensure the continuum of care.
